How We Work With You
We are not a remote-only software vendor. Every Shiraz deployment starts with on-site commissioning — our team works alongside your operators and engineers to validate that the learned routine runs correctly in your production conditions, with your fixtures, on your line.
Clear handoffs define the process: your operator records the task, your engineer approves the routine, and we commission the workcell. Shared notes and explicit status labels keep every stakeholder aligned across shifts and changeovers.
After commissioning, retasking is your team's workflow — not ours. Record a new demonstration, validate the routine, and run. We stay available for support, additional commissioning days, and scaling to new stations when you are ready.
